- You (of course) must medically qualify for all treatments & medications.

No, medications are not included (other than the 6 complimentary Vitamin B12 injections per membership year you can receive).
However, most hormones (except Testosterone and compounded medications) may be covered by your health insurance. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with any insurance-related issues or inquiries, such as prior authorizations.

-Yes! Lab work is included in your membership, and I will order labs I feel are necessary for you to safely obtain your desired results.
-If you want to request additional lab work (or any functional lab testing, such as food allergy testing) please let me know, and I may be able to order it for you at an additional cost.

-To join the cost is $450 for the initial symptom review visit (may be done in person or tele-health) & targeted lab panel, then $150/month thereafter.

-If you cancel or your autopay lapses for any reason, you will have to pay the $450 initial fee again to rejoin the membership.
